The average length of service of these after-sale engineers is seven years, they have rich and professional skills in the installation, fault finding, repair and maintenance of attachments, so that we can give the customer the professional technical advice and technical support on site. With the business growth of our company our after-sale service team will continue to grow in the future.

Since KAUP came to China in 1996 we have set up a perfect after service network step by step. At present we have eight agencies which cover most areas of China and, due to this, we can provide the customer with after-sales service quickly. Our company will, according to the development of the market, continue to expand our service network in order to provide better service to our customers.
